Building personal resilience

Last Thursday, two of our trainers spent the morning with one of our top client’s teams and took them through ways of increasing their personal resilience.

Put simply, resilience is the ‘rubber ball’ factor, the ability to bounce back in times of adversity. The training is focused on educating learners on how their mind works and body reacts in times of stress, how to think logically rather than emotionally, the importance of rest, recover, repair and checking in on your personal wellbeing.
