Let’s Get Healthy’s partnership with G’s Fresh enables leaders to Thrive

Multi-award winning, corporate health and wellbeing provider Let’s Get Healthy, is inspiring leaders to Thrive at long-standing client and fresh food supplier G’s Fresh.

One employee said of the session: “Insightful and engaging day that helped me understand ways to recognise and manage stress and performance.”

The campaign, which took place throughout April at the head office near Ely in Cambridgeshire, included a one-hour review of leader’s current health and wellbeing. The sessions incorporated an individual bio-metric health-check and review of a complete Lifestyle Questionnaire.

Groups of leaders then attended a full day of training to teach them how to develop rituals to maximise energy, improve sleep and maintain positive psychology. Leaders are given three toolkits, animated video’s and telephone coaching for them to cascade the learning to their teams meaning many more colleagues can benefit from the sessions.

G’s Fresh has developed a health and wellbeing strategy which integrates into its health and safety policy and supports all stages of its colleagues’ careers. The health and wellbeing element of the Thrive leadership programme was designed in 2016 and is reviewed each year to ensure it supports and is relevant to the G’s Fresh leaders. To date Let’s Get Healthy has delivered training to 60 of its key managers and leaders and will be delivering further Thrive workshops in September.
