One employee said of the session: “Insightful and engaging day that helped me understand ways to recognise and manage stress and performance.”
The campaign, which took place throughout April at the head office near Ely in Cambridgeshire, included a one-hour review of leader’s current health and wellbeing. The sessions incorporated an individual bio-metric health-check and review of a complete Lifestyle Questionnaire.
Groups of leaders then attended a full day of training to teach them how to develop rituals to maximise energy, improve sleep and maintain positive psychology. Leaders are given three toolkits, animated video’s and telephone coaching for them to cascade the learning to their teams meaning many more colleagues can benefit from the sessions.
