An online mental health awareness training course that is designed to support employers, line managers and HR professionals in having confident conversations with colleagues who have and are showing early signs and symptoms of mental health problems.

You will learn

  1. To understand your roles and responsibilities as a manager when dealing with mental health problems
  2. To be able to correctly spot indicators, warning signs of stress and poor mental health (especially anxiety, depression)
  3. To confidently have conversations with colleagues about their mental health and be aware of external specific support
  4. To signpost to free UK based NHS support and can signpost to EAP, and other client support
