Buzz - Building personal & team resilience

This is our award winning resilience campaign called Buzz.
Your employees will learn the science behind stress, the art of positive thinking, developing an attitude of gratitude, mindfulness breathing, the emotional brain and health facts about energy, sleep and nutrition all the building blocks for resilience.

This is an 8 week campaign in which we will engage, educate and embed all the key learnings of the workshop.

We can deliver 1 hour, 2 1/2 hour and full day workshops 24/7 to cover all shifts and the content can be tailored to reflect your employees needs.

Due to the success of the award winning Buzz campaign, we have developed a  follow up campaign called Buzz BOOST. This 6 week campaign will help all employees by:

  • Increasing energy levels, team resilience and ways of working
  • Providing tools and techniques to change mindset
  • Understanding the lifestyle factors that cause low mood and anxiety
  • Identifying which part of the working day causes the most stress
