Echoing Echo-U’s success
We love to hear about the success of our clients. A recent story in the press shares the success of the Newcastle based contact centre Echo-U and the expansion of their city centre head office onto a third-floor; with employee wellbeing at the heart of the new workplace design.
We have been working closely with Echo-U to provide them with tailored training, Box Clever. The training enables managers to develop and embed key senior management practices, support and enable business growth and engage, empower and enthuse their employees.
A successful 12 months at Echo-U has allowed for them to re-invest and expand the business to a new floor. The new floor will allow space to grow and relax, including a contemporary eating and relaxation area to help the Echo-U team unwind, which will incorporate phone charging stations and headphone points to listen to music.
Increasingly workforces are beginning to see the working environment as a huge opportunity to make employees aware about health and wellbeing. Having an area to relax and unwind can really benefit the productivity during a working day.
