Help colleagues to take a step back and think about the energy and the feelings of being stressed, anxious and overwhelmed
3 powerful questions to ask that may help are:
· “How can I use the energy created by feeling stressed about this situation to make me feel better?”
· “What can I learn from the stressful situation I am now in and what is in my control to reduce it?’
· “Who can I talk to now to share how I am feeling?”
