In light of new research performed by the World Cancer Research Fund, we might be doing ourselves harm by not eating enough fish. The NHS recommends eating fish at least twice a week as it is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which benefits the heart and brain, and vitamin D, which strengthens our bones. It turns out a staggering 64% of of us might not be hitting this target.
Why not encourage your employees to increase their fish consumption, you could offer fish dishes on the dinner menu or have a specific fish day once a week. A great way to increase employee consumption of fish could be to subsidise the price.
