Echo-U, looking further inside the box with Box Clever
The Senior Managers of Echo-U have now had their fourth module of Box Clever. This module provided managers with techniques for business analysis.
We received some fantastic feedback from Senior Management, “As always an enjoyable time spent with insight into our team and new colleagues” “Very good training session. Lots of new ways of thinking of how to improve business” “Very informative and enjoyable workshop with good direction and instruction”.
We can’t wait to deliver module 5 on the 10th of August and will discuss effective leadership styles, performance management and coaching employees through feedback.
