Festive Survival Kits
The first batch of festive health and wellbeing kits have gone out today. Pity Santa isn’t here early to help us deliver them to the teams who will open their packs on 1st December
So what can you add to your packs for your employees?:
- Festive food survival pack – Remember we all do have a tendency to overeat and then self-loath in the New Year
- Find a friend pack – Christmas can be remarkably lonely for some employee and helping them build social networks in December is vitally important
- Merry movement – Inspiring colleagues to stay moving in the dark night and on the dance floor is great for motivation and mental health
- Santa support – Santa only works one day a year, but we ensure all our packs detail the support our clients offer to their teams over Christmas and into 2020
- New Year New You Plan – December is a great time to commit to a new set of behaviours for 2020 and try new things to become mentally resilient
- Christmas charity – Helping a local charity or a colleague is a great way to improve your mental health, put life into perspective and start the new year with gratitude
