Francesca’s Curried Chicken Carnival Birthday Treat

Some of the team in the office today, were lucky enough to have been treated to a delightful (and rather very tasty) lunch.

The very wonderful and smiley Francesca (the person who looks after all our pennies) created a Caribbean chicken curry feast for us all to enjoy for her birthday.

Just like her age, she will never reveal the recipe as it has been handed down generations through her family.

Big thank you Francesca for making the effort as we all enjoyed spending lunch time together with you. Unfortunately to the rest of the team who are out of the office, it tasted so good we all had seconds.
