Innovation in health and wellbeing
Let’s Get Healthy was established in 2006 and over the years we have witnessed great technology come and go.
More recently we have seen Relational Artificial Intelligence (AI) create waves in our sector. Intelligent technology that builds digital relationships with humans, creating health and wellbeing digital companions that could act as wellbeing coaches or an anti-loneliness buddy.
We have also learned that technology innovation and cash aren’t essential for great corporate health and wellbeing. When you ask colleagues what they feel a great wellbeing culture would include, they tell us;
• Trained, supportive, honest line managers
• Regular progression to different job types
• Balance between work and home
• Strong social network and ability to be outcome assessed rather than process assessed
• Pets at work!
