The delivery of some very special Christmas parcels happened today…
The Let’s Get Healthy team have been filling our Reverse Advent boxes for the last week and we’ve delivered them successfully!
It has been very worthwhile at boosting mood and self esteem amongst the team and we have donated lots of food for the charity.

This year we have accomplished so much as a business that stepping back and reflecting on ourselves has been a way of acknowledging our individual contributions to success.
From donating food-parcels filled with very essential food items, a few treats, toiletries and essentials for children to helping an elderly neighbour bring their shopping in, the festive period is about building connections within the community and making someone else feel great.
It’s the giving that matters, not what we get in return.
