This time of year, we deliver workshops to help leaders, line managers and change agents prevent and understand burnout. End of year planning, revision of budgets and a chaotic business environment means many colleagues are on the verge of burnout.
When we burnout, it’s very hard to have the personal capacity to reach out for support.
