This time of year, we deliver workshops to help leaders, line managers and change agents prevent and understand burnout. End of year planning, revision of budgets and a chaotic business environment means many colleagues are on the verge of burnout.
When we burnout, it’s very hard to have the personal capacity to reach out for support. Collective education, accountability and support means that all line managers, leaders are responsible for each other’s mental health, advising on ways of working and signposting the support available to each other.
