The prevalence of burnout is at an all time high, so use your time away from work wisely. Try not to fall into the trap of sitting and scrolling through your phone whilst watching television or being with family and friends.

A little down time away from stimulation is so important for your brain health. It is very important to give it the rest it needs!

Disconnecting from technology, being self-aware, will also reconnect you with your mind and body … well as the people you care about who you might have been ignoring whilst on your phone!
