Many employers have been working hard to prevent burnout, using visits to the office to build social connections and provide tools and techniques to build mental resilience.

Rituals and routine
Healthy rituals and routine that if planned and arranged by your leadership team and role modelled …. will have a massive impact.
What are they? Ask your team…. they will tell you what is working for them, ask them to share with others and ensure you plan them into the working day – you will all begin to socially connect and share what is working.
It’s not hard to do, as ever, it just needs a ritual and a routine to get it done and keep it going.
