Providing supportive and relevant e-learning to those who manage teams will help them spot signs and symptoms. Our suggestions;
· Launch your e-learning and remind all line managers of the support you offer as an employer
· Give time for line managers to complete the e-learning
· Set up peer to peer discussion groups to discuss the content of the training
