Insight session with leading UK insurer to embed wellbeing at the heart of its culture

Let’s Get Healthy recently attended a session with a leading UK insurance provider to discuss its employee health and wellbeing strategy. We call this an ‘insight’ session where we understand what a business currently has, where it feels it can improve and how we can support them.

The organisation has already taken some steps towards improving its employees health and wellbeing from stand up desks in a number of locations, to on site massage, and its star of the month award to celebrate employees who have exceeded expectations.

It is keen to embed its health and wellbeing strategy right at the heart of its culture. They want to be brave and authentic, supporting all its staff from its call centre to the canteen to security to improve their mental and physical resilience.

By the end of the session everyone was on their feet, buzzing. There was a feeling that this is the start of some very exciting times for the insurance provider where employees are energised, engaged and can ultimately succeed.
