Power up your energy to avoid zoom & gloom
As the dark nights creep up upon those of us who work remotely, it’s time to check that we have healthy habits when we spend all day in virtual meetings.
Our mental health and energy can be drained, by a day of video calls and with less sunshine to brighten up our views, screen fatigue can feel worse.
Get up and get out – power up your mental energy and make sure you get outside in the sunshine, it might be damp and cold but it will give your energy a short boost.
Zoom from another room – if you can, late in your working day, move rooms to stimulate your brain.
Your mental health is hugely important, so please try different tools and techniques to ensure it remains powered up.
