Top tips on wellbeing communication and increasing engagement
Let’s Get Healthy is very privileged to have several awards for our health and wellbeing/mental health workshops and campaigns. We are always praised for the high levels of participation we achieve.
Ensuring colleagues engage with health and wellbeing awareness and attend workshops is essential to ensure scale and a return in investment. Below are a few suggestions to maximise your communications;
- Ensure all communication is credible, routed in reality and appealing in order to standout
- Digital, face to face, table toppers, touch screens – use all channels, colleagues are bombarded with emails and messages so use multiple channels
- Challenge apathy – don’t fall into the trap of only communicating with those who are already engaged in wellbeing
- Keep it short – everyone is busy so don’t take up too much precious time with your messaging
