Working virtually – prevent those aches and pains

There is a brilliant focus on helping colleagues achieve and maintain great mental health.

Physical resilience is also important and working virtually many of us are spending the day looking down at laptops, sat all day not leaving our place of work and are now feeling the odd ache and pain, which can distract us and maybe even keep us awake at night.

As part of your plans to promote great mental and physical resilience, do support Back Care Day in October. We are helping our clients:

1.    Launch physical activity challenges

2.    Play games to encourage colleagues to review their current place of work and make improvements to help their personal wellbeing

3.    Sharing e-Learning to start getting teams to look at what they need to do in the run in to 2021 to build their armour of support
