World sleep day – 19th March 2022
During our CPD accredited training Be Your Best Self, learners take away tools and techniques to build personal and team resilience. The most popular module on the e-learning programme is the one that covers sleep.
Reports in 2021 found:
– 1 in 3 UK adults struggle to get to sleep at least on a weekly basis
– Nearly 50% of the UK have trouble falling asleep at least once a month
– “How to sleep fast’, as a term is searched monthly an average 6,700 times and Google Trends reported that the majority of these searches are made between 1am and 4am
World Sleep day is a great awareness day to ask colleagues to share their techniques to switch off from work and have a great nights sleep.Remember to reach out to those on shifts and fixed nights too!
